The hotel was well-organised and reasonably priced with affable staff. the restaurant served delicious dishes for dinner. the modern design was enjoyable, and the location was conveniently situated at a moderate distance from Sacred Hearts College.

The venue has wonderful rooms and consistently courteous and amiable staff from security to manager.

Spotless room and NEW facilities. Hassle-free check-in, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Good and ideal location in a good area near shopping malls, amusement park, key tourist spots and the centre of scavenging.

Comfortable and impressive room, we really liked it. the breakfast options were decent. Its spot was great, near the fort, amusement park, and airport. 🌟

We had a fantastic stay at Keys Hotel in Kochi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom provided hot water and was spacious. We also enjoyed the 24-hour gym facilities and the excellent variety of food at breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited parking and small room size, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms, excellent staff including professional and courteous Meena from the restaurant, efficient housekeeping and reception, all needed facilities in the room, great breakfast with world options and on table service, helpful staff for getting a cab and double checking train and bus timings.

My recent stay in this hotel over New Year's Eve was amazing. The hotel was located close to all the major tourist spots in the city and had some amazing amenities. The complementary New Year's Eve dinner was fabulous with a wide variety of dishes. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities including free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The hotel had a great ambiance, decorated especially for the festival, which added to the overall experience.

The only minor issue was that the room was a bit small for my liking. However, considering the price that was paid for the room and the amazing location of the hotel that minor complaint is negligible.

The beds were uncomfortable and left my back sore. It would have been nice if the hotel had orthopedic beds available experiencing back or body pain during travel.

Breakfast is delicious, with a range of tasty options on offer. the gym is well-equipped, and wifi is available throughout the hotel, making it suitable for work and leisure travelers alike.

The hotel is a bit on the expensive side, and there are no premium items provided in the room.
